Fantastic room at Plaza de la Marina Española, 10 minutes from Sol. It has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Single bed(105cm), single closet, desk, chair and bedside table. It also has a small window at the top of the wall and lock on door. It is the ideal place for students and workers. *Bed linen is not included, only mattress cover is provided. - No smoking - No pets allowed - No parties - Trash must be taken out daily - Short-term visitors are allowed - be informed that in this apartment is installed a device that allows to control the noise level or decibels 24 hours a day, issuing an alert when the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 23.00 and 6.00 hours.
