Large room in calle Quintana, fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has a double bed, a double wardrobe, a desk with a lamp, a bedside table and interior window. It's ideal for young students and workers who want to feel like home by living in the centre of Madrid. *Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am
