Beautiful double room in Valenzuela Street, which is fully furnished. The room has a double bed (135x190 cm), two built-in wardrobes, a bedside table and a desk with a chair and a lamp. It also has a window overlooking the interior courtyard. It has all the necessary for young students and workers to enjoy their stay in Madrid. The room includes a door lock and it measures 11.17 m². *Bedding is not included (the mattress is provided only with a cover) - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
