Spacious double room in General Lacy Street. It has a double bed (135x190cm), a desk to study, a large wardrobe and a heater for the winter. In addition to being a bright room, you will have your own keys. You won't need anything else to have a pleasant stay. The size of the room is 10.14 m² and it has a door lock. *Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
