Large room in the center of Madrid, on Calle Preciados. This 14.77 m² room is furnished with a 1.35 m double bed, chest of drawers, large clothes rack, desk with lamp and chair, bedside table, and a fan. The kitchen and dining area are shared with the other tenants. Bedding is not included; only the mattress cover is provided. - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
