Lovely room in Preciados

Very cozy room, with an excellent location in the heart of Madrid. There is a small window that overlooks the corridor of the apartment. It's fully furnished with a double bed (135 cm), a double wardrobe and a desk with a lamp. If you're a young student or worker and you're looking to live close to Plaza de Callao and Gran Vía, this room is ideal for you. The room measures 9.64 m², it includes a door lock and has an electric heater. *Bedding is not included, only a matress cover is provided.* - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
