It's perfectly equipped so you can enjoy your stay, it has a double bed (135x190), a bedside table, a desk with a chair and a lamp, and a double wardrobe. It also has a window overlooking the patio. The room measures 8 m², it has a heater and its own lock. Young students and workers will feel like home. *Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided." - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed -be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Madrid, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
