" Bohemian room in Lavapiés, fully equipped so you can have a pleasant stay. The room includes a double bed (135x190), a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and a lamp and a bedside table. It also has a window with beautiful views to the street, which adds luminosity to the room. The room measures 8 m², and it includes an electric heater and a door lock. It's a good opportunity for young students and workers of living in the centre of Madrid, close to all the amenities. *Bedding is not included, only a mattress cover is provided." - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed -be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day.
