With having a Central Location, you’ll be able to access London School of Economics and King’s College London campuses within minutes by walking. Impact for 43-Week and 52-Week Stays: * Room Upgrades: Rooms will be upgraded to newly renovated specifications around April (exact dates to be confirmed). Residents will need to move but will enjoy newly designed features. * Communal Areas and Lifts: Expect some disruption from January 2025 to April 2025. * Facade Work: Scaffolding will be set up externally, but mirrored film on windows will ensure privacy and natural light. * Work Hours: All work will be limited to 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Impact for Semester Stays (1st Sept 2024 to 12th Jan 2025): * Room: Residents can remain in the same room for the entire stay.
