Casa Kathleen is located in Coverciano, a district of Florence, located south of the city, at the foot of the hills leading to Fiesole, known as the retreat of the Italian national football team. In fact, in Coverciano there is the Federal Technical Center, a sports facility that has inside also the football museum. Casa Kathleen, converted from an old farm, is located on a quiet street in the neighborhood. You enter from a garden with parking space and you immediately notice the tranquility of the environment. The house has a large kitchen, equipped with every need, a large worktop, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Attached to the kitchen there is a large room with TV and a small bathroom. In the basement there is everything you need for linen, washing machine, dryer, etc.In addition to a recreation room with billiards. While on the first floor we have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and large wardrobe in a separate room adjacent to the bedroom, another smaller double and a third bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, one of which also has a bathtub and a large space with mirrors and sinks for the toilet.A few minutes walk from the house there is a supermarket and a bar. We can arrange weekly cleaning services for a fee for longer rentals.
