Each booking includes only one parking space. Any violation of the rules, such as parking on an unallocated stall or in areas that obstruct traffic, will result in a penalty of €70. In addition, in case of arrival with a second vehicle, a fee of €70 will be applied for the parking of the second car, which will be allocated exclusively according to availability. The villa, with independent access, is an oasis of peace and serenity, with a breathtaking view over the gulf and Vesuvius. Recently renovated, the villa consists of a double bedroom, a corridor with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the main living room with sea view. The total capacity is 5 beds, divided between the master bedroom and the living room, which has a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, both equipped with high quality mattresses. Complete the property a wonderful garden with terraces with panoramic views, equipped with a pagoda, table, chairs and two deck chairs, ideal for relaxing moments. We include in the services Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Once you enter the park, the city chaos will seem far away, although the bus stop, located next to the main entrance, will allow you to easily reach the promenade and the city center.
