Bright and welcoming Studio on the ground floor, recently renovated, located in the oldest and most characteristic part of the town, 50 meters from the lake, close to the boat pier with which you can easily reach the most beautiful places on Lake Como. The kitchenette is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Studio apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television and private parking for a fee (€20 per day). It is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space. You're welcome, take care of it!
