Two-room apartment on two levels with entrance on the ground floor, comfortable and bright, recently renovated, intimate and typical atmosphere in characteristic streets with stone walls and stairways; close to the lake, well connected to Como and the main tourist attractions, ideal for a pleasant holiday, immersed in the beauty of the nature of Lake Como. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with television, wifi, air conditioning and convenient private parking for a fee (€20 per day). There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay. It remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!It is mandatory to have a credit card to leave as a guarantee against any damage. Prepaid cards and debit cards are not accepted.
