Strategically located, the flat overlooks the city's main square, piazza Santo Oronzo and the amphitheatre, and exactly opposite the famous statue of Santo Oronzo from which the flat takes its name. It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps. The flat has typical star vaulted ceilings (5.30m). The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and electrical appliances: kettle, refrigerator, moka and espresso machine with pods, oven, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and in the first room there is a loft with two single beds. The flat is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, television, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy line and air conditioning in the sleeping area. The bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and the loft with a portable fan. The house is completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought out to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. take care, you are welcome.
