Our cozy and bright apartment is located on the first (24 steps) and last floor of a little building in via Gaetano Milanesi, in a central area, not far from Santa Maria Novella train station, Fortezza da Basso, Congress Palace, Leopolda, Opera Theatre, reachable in less than 5 minutes with the Tramvia.Ideal location for visiting the historic center, both for business or leisure travellersVery spacious, comfortable and modernly furnished, this apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and preserves the features of ancient Florentine residences, such as exposed beam ceilings, but is equipped with all the comforts of home, which will make you feel at home, but far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Entering the house you are in the wide and bright living room, where we notice the wooden beams.The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished with a bookcase, TV and a cozy sofa.On the right there’s the modern colourful kitchenette, fully equipped with all you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner anytime you wish (Microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, etc).From the living room on the left you can enter the wide and comfortable master bedroom decorated in shades of blue and orange and tastly furnished with closet, night tables and very big wardrobe where you can easily store clothes and bags.A big bathroom with shower, and a terrace complete the ground floor of the apartment.From the living room a charming wooden stair leads to the second romantic bedroom with double bedroom.Since it’s out of the limited trafic area, the appartment can be easily reached by car. You can park on the street, in the blue lines, or in a nearby garage, where you can park your car and forget about it, since everything you need is just a stone throw away!
